As a new resident of our complex, you will need to obtain a copy of the following documents, all available to download on our site on the Forms page:
1. Rules and Regulations
2. Emergency Contacts Form
3. Application For A Reserved Parking Space (optional)
Please remit all applicable forms appropriately. There are additional forms available for specific needs also listed on the Forms page.
Also-please refer to any current pictures and updates available on the What's New page of the changes/modifications you are permitted to make on your new condo with approval.

Below is a list of possibly relevant topics to your new residency...
CC&R's: Before you closed escrow on your condo, you should have received a copy of the CC&R's. If you need an additional copy, it will cost $500.00 for us to replace them.
Gate Directory: Once you fill out your Emergency Contacts Form and remit it, your information will be automatically updated on the gate directory.
Gate Remotes: This is the responsibility of the previous owner to turn over any and all gate remotes to the new owner.
Guest Parking Passes: This is also the responsibility of the previous owner to turn over to the new owner.
